“I’ve dedicated my life to helping our communities thrive as a nonprofit leader and community advocate for all of San Diego County,” Soto said. “I’ve always fought for inclusive policies that help families and small businesses get ahead. Now it’s time to bring my passion for community service to the Poway City Council.”
